Jeff and I were walking along, trying to find this restaurant that his tandem partner had recommended the other day. We gave up, but then I noticed that the WAL MART was just ahead and that we had to go to it.
So we did.
It's like an escalator you can take your shopping cart up. Apparently the wheels are designed to lock into the grating. Pretty sweet. I had previously seen the shopping cart wheels designed for this, but didn't know how the system worked.
Wal-Mart is international, or something like that. It is at this point that I would like to point out that their crazy price scheming is not limited to the states.
Children trying on wigs. Blurry hip shot, on account of not really knowing whether I could take pictures there.
Every TV, both advertised and in stores, is measured in inches. I don't really understand this. I mean really, who doesn't want a TV sized 106?
Nintendo Wii's on the shelf. Ben Bistline eat your heart out. (I checked, they're PAL, so you couldn't use it anyway.)Jeff claims there are a plethora of jokes to be made about escape tunnels in Germany. Insert your joke at the comment button.

Wow...well, for as much as I do hate Wal-Mart, it looks like there's two very cool things going on here. One, that rope play structure thing. Looks like it belongs in a challenge course. Can you imagine all the safety nuts in the US flipping out over something like that? Looks like fun. And two, an escalator for shopping carts. Don't really need to say more!
I noticed the escape tunnel at our wal-mart here too, except that I didn't even look down it. I just saw stairs and figured it was just a really strange place for a break room.
